Melissa G. Bolen

Melissa Bolen is the Director of the FSU Employee Assistance Program. She graduated from FSU in 2012 with a Ph.D. in Marriage and Family Therapy. She is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), a Certified Employee Assistance Professional (CEAP), and a Substance Abuse Professional (SAP). Prior to coming to FSU in 2013, Melissa was the Clinical Director at a residential treatment program. Melissa is a member of the International Association of Employee Assistance Professionals in Education, the International Employee Assistance Professionals Association and is an active member in the Big Bend Chapter of EAPA.
Kyle Caswell

Kyle Caswell is a counselor at the FSU Employee Assistance Program. As a native of Tallahassee, he is a TCC, FSU, and FAMU alum. Kyle has been with the FSU EAP since 2017 and previously worked at the Florida abuse registry and at a substance abuse treatment center. He is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), a Certified Employee Assistance Professional (CEAP), and a Substance Abuse Professional (SAP).
Kimberly Wilder

Kimberly Wilder is a counselor with the FSU Employee Assistance Program, a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) and Florida Qualified Supervisor. She has worked in the mental health and human services field since 2012, with experience in crisis intervention, trauma treatment, clinical supervision, higher education, and professional education. Kimberly specializes in trauma-informed care and is an EMDRIA Certified Therapist, Consultant, and Facilitator. Prior to joining FSU, she worked in clinical practice, child welfare, and professional education, including operating a private practice and serving as an adjunct professor. She is a Tallahassee resident and is committed to supporting the well-being of FSU employees, families, and the broader university community.
